FREE SHIPPING

CerebrumForge offers free standard shipping on all US orders regardless of order value.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets these criteria.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Not all international destinations provide comprehensive tracking capabilities.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to certain international locations due to regulatory restrictions regarding dietary supplements. If you place an order to a restricted location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address or process a refund.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. CerebrumForge is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may incur reshipping fees.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

While rare, shipping delays and lost packages occasionally occur. If you believe your package has been delayed beyond reasonable expectations:
